My Story
I became a therapist through both my professional path and my lived experience as a parent. I know firsthand the weight of parental guilt—how fast we blame ourselves, how heavy it feels to not always get it right, and how lonely it can be to carry that silently while trying to show up for everyone else. That personal experience shaped my passion for supporting parents, families, and youth in creating gentler, more compassionate ways of relating.
My work is calm, trauma-informed, and rooted in attachment. I help slow down the moments that overwhelm your nervous system so emotions can be processed—not pushed down. We focus on connection, repair, and building supportive patterns that feel possible and sustainable.
I don’t believe people need more shame. I believe they need more safety, more understanding, and more space to be human. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and warmth—helping you trust yourself again and move toward relationships that feel calmer, more secure, and more connected.
